ICT Change Manager
Description

The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water requires the services of an ICT Change Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing changes to IT systems, infrastructure, and applications to minimise risk, ensure service stability, and support business objectives. This role will ensure that all technology changes are properly assessed, approved, implemented, and reviewed in alignment with IT governance and service management frameworks.

Responsibilities

You are required to but not limited in your duties to:

  • Manage the end-to-end IT Change Management process in line with ITIL or organisational standards
  • Review, assess and approve requests for change
  • Lead and facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
  • Conduct Impact and Risk assessments for planned changes
  • Ensure proper documentation, testing and rollback plans are in place
  • Track and report changes metrics
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit and security requirements
  • Continuously improve IT Change Management processes and policies
Qualifications

You must have Baseline Security clearance.

 

Selection Criteria

Essential criteria

  • D365 Customer Engagement (CE / CRM) • Expertise in Dataverse configurations including but not limited to tables, forms, relationships, business rules, views, security options, etc • Expertise in Dataverse customisations including but not limited to plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript using WebAPI's, FetchXML, Query Expressions, etc • Solid understanding of Solution management and ALM concepts • Solid understanding of Power Pages, Power Automate

  • Azure technology stack experience for integrations and data migration • Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure Key Vault, APIM, etc

    Weighting:30%

Desirable criteria

  • Prior experience with: • Data migration • Dataflows • SharePoint • PCF component development • Custom code for D365 - Plug-in development • ISV tools such as DocumentCorePack, Kingswaysoft, etc • Integration – Finance systems, Geospatial systems

Experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations or IT Change Management Experience in Service now
