Requirements

• Update the project page template on the website and include print pdf functionality.
• Refer to and adhere to a Figma design file for updated project page template requirements and new pdf design
• Adhere to design instructions and comments that are included in the Figma design file.
• All changes to the instructions provided must be approved by ACIAR.
• Adhere to ACIAR branding and styling.
• Ensure the page is optimised for technical SEO and WCAG 2.2 accessibility.
• Ensure all existing project pages on the ACIAR website can transition and align appropriately to the the new project page template without alterations or omissions.
• Provide ACIAR with a full working test version of the new the design on the ACIAR stage website.
• Updates to the test version to be completed as required with ACIAR.
• ACIAR to fully approve the test version before deployment to the ACIAR production site.

Additional info

• The ACIAR website and Research Portal is built on the Drupal 10 CMS platform. The Outreach team manages the websites in-house and requires development support.
• An external agency provides the current development support, which includes website backup and security support.
• The current project page template needs to be updated to meet organisational needs.
• This is a fixed contract to support the development of a new project page template.
• The contract requires the contractor to quote a fixed amount for the work to be completed.
